BBY Gender is an entertainment app that uses folklore based methods to guess the potential gender of a baby based on parental birth dates and conception timing. The prediction is based on traditional beliefs and does not reflect scientific or medical findings.

BBY Gender makes no claims regarding the accuracy, reliability, or scientific validity of the results. The results provided are speculative and not based on scientific or medical evidence. They are meant for entertainment purposes only. No guarantee of accuracy is implied or provided. Predictions are speculative and should not be relied upon for any personal, medical, or reproductive decisions.

Payments and Refund Policy
Access to BBY Gender is available through one-time payments: €2 for a single prediction or €4 for three predictions. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the digital and instant nature of the service, and the low transaction amount, **all payments are non-refundable**, even in the case of user dissatisfaction. This policy is in compliance with EU digital content laws (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBY Gender, its creators, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from use of the service. Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
Indemnification
By using this app, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from your use or misuse of the app.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt its functionality. Access is granted temporarily and may be revoked in case of abuse.
